We were a group of six, four were seniors. Before travelling to Hangzhou & Shanghai, we were quite concerned. However with Jack’s assistance, the holiday was excellently conducted with great comfort. Jack was super knowledgeable and able to narrate all the visited tourist attractions. Moreover Jack was very sincere and flexible on our tour arrangements. Personally he is very friendly and easy going that made our tour very enjoyable.
